Why their discomfort with the development of Bangladesh?

Finding something negative in whatever the government does has become a major means of slander. As much as the balance of the government or political party is lost in this, the mentality of the countrymen is more damaged than that.

According to political analysts, political propaganda is a type of information delivery, which is the dissemination of one-sided news about a party or group. In most cases these news are false. This has been seen in Bangladesh for several years. Be it the Padma Bridge or the Metrorail, whatever mega project the government embarks on, some sections of the country are busy finding fault in it. Instead of talking about how to solve the problem, they are more concerned with how to criticize here and there.

When the whole world is trembling with the fever of inflation, some sections of the media in the country are determined to spread such information that there will be famine in the country, people will die without food. Similarly, during the Corona period, they said: In the health system of Bangladesh, there will be heaps of corpses lying on the streets. But in reality, it can be seen that the situation in Bangladesh was much more satisfactory than when the big countries of the world were struggling to deal with the problem during the Corona virus.

Similarly, in this year's inflation where countries like the United Kingdom and the United States have broken records of the past four decades, people have taken to the streets because of rising commodity prices; Economists of the country said that although inflation has increased in Bangladesh, it has remained within tolerance so far.

Even before the work of Padma Bridge started, a community was saying that if Padma Bridge is built, the country will become bankrupt. Many of them said that it is not possible to build a bridge over Pramatta Padma. For them, the inauguration of Padma Bridge was a big slap in the face. While the representatives of almost every Bagha Bagha country, starting from the World Bank, praise the progress of Bangladesh, there is a group of people of this country who are only criticizing day and night. A few days ago, those who said that a project like the Padma bridge is not possible in Bangladesh, now they are changing their words and saying in one voice that the cost of laying a railway line over the bridge will strain the country's money.

It was the people of this neighborhood who said a few years ago that metro rail in Dhaka city is an over-enthusiastic project. Many expressed doubts and said that the Metrorail will not be launched this year at all. But after mega projects like Padma Setu, the inauguration of Metro Rail in the same year is another big blow to them. If you listen to the talk of the people and their agents in the media, it will seem that nothing good can happen in Bangladesh. The gist of what many are saying is: we should keep all the money in the global crisis, not spend any more money on some kind of mega project. Comparing with Sri Lanka, many people say that the country will become bankrupt if they give their hand to the mega project.
