Good news for Bangladeshis, Italy will take 82 thousand workers

 

82 thousand 705 foreign workers are going to get the opportunity to enter Italy in 2023. Recently the Italian Prime Minister's Secretary Alfredo Maltobano released a statement highlighting the issue. The final gazette in this regard is expected to be published in a few days.

Initially, the Italian government will take workers from 33 countries including Bangladesh, Algeria, Ivory Coast, Egypt, El Salvador, India, Pakistan, Tunisia. Ministry of Home Affairs of the country has confirmed that 44 thousand and 38 thousand 705 workers will be hired in the agricultural and temporary category and 38 thousand 705 in the permanent sponsor category.

It has been informed that these workers will be taken on permanent and seasonal basis for agriculture, transport, tourism, shipbuilding industry, mechanics and manufacturing sectors.

Expatriates see this decision of the Italian government as a great opportunity for Bangladeshis.

Earlier last year, the Italian government gave 69,000 sponsored visas in various categories. Experts say that the rules for obtaining visas will be a bit tougher than other times as more visas are issued this year.
